DEXPI Companion Standard

Part of the value proposition of OPC UA is the collaborations and companion standards. The capability to lift OPC information models into semantic knowledge graphs reveals this value.

An example is the DEXPI companion standard that has a defined mapping from DEXPI version 1.2 to the OPC Companion Standard. By lifting through our generic OPC2RDF mappings DEXPI support is inherited into maplib and chrontext solutions. Thereby supporting one of the goals that DEXPI can serve as an open way to access industrial design data. And also extending into lifecycle phases of a system, by being the source for operational context.

Chrontext will further provide necessary integration links to operational data store and analytics can be performed by navigation and querying through aligned DEXPI context.
