Magnus Bakken
Magnus has worked as a software developer for seven years, focusing on data engineering and analytics. Magnus has a varied academic background in Cognitive Science, Statistics and Natural Language Processing from the University of Bergen. He defended his PhD in Computer Science at NTNU in 2023. The thesis was on using industrial information models to support application development using knowledge graphs.
Øivind Rui
Øivind is a seasoned executive, with deep commercial, industrial and technical knowledge, who is strongly committed to innovation using open standards. Øivind worked as a Software Engineer and Product Manager on industrial automation systems for a decade, before stepping into business development and management. He is a board member in several industrial technology companies. Øivind has a graduate degree in physics and statistics from NTNU.
Veronika Heimsbakk
Veronika has been a knowledge graph consultant for over a decade, working on a wide variety of projects across several sectors.
Her main niche within this field is the Shapes Constraint Language, and she is the author of SHACL for the Practitioner. In 2024, Veronika was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Tech in Norway. She is an enthusiastic public speaker who loves sharing her experiences and knowledge with peers.
HyoJung Kim
Hyojung is a multi-tasker who can wear many hats. Her diverse academic background in digital design, neuro-cognitive psychology, IT, and economics—combined with her experience as an entrepreneur—has shaped her into a true jack of all trades. Her main passion lies in UX and in developing products that meet the needs of both users and organizations.
Daniel is a versatile computer enthusiast and student at NTNU.
He is passionate about open standards, free software, data sovereignty, software- and supply chain security, and reproducibility.
He has over a decade of experience operating Unix servers with infrastructure as code, and is a member of one of Norway's top competitive computer security teams.
